pak356 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise make available your Account, your Account balance, or your entitlements under any pak356 promotion to any other person.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT — 21 YEARS: Access to the pak356 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a non-negotiable requirement. pak356 does not knowingly permit access to, or allow the use of its Services by, any individual under the age of 21. Providing false age information to circumvent this restriction is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute an offence under applicable law.
pak356 conducts mandatory age verification on all registered Accounts. You may be required to submit official government-issued identity documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or B-Form — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Access to real-money Services will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of age verification.
You represent and warrant that your use of the pak356 Platform is not prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pak356 is lawful in your specific location. pak356 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate, permitted, or available in all locations.
If pak356 discovers at any time that an Account is held by an individual who was under 21 at the time of registration, pak356 will immediately close the Account, void all transactions and winnings generated from the Account, and will handle any remaining deposited funds in accordance with its underage gaming recovery procedure, which may include return of verified net deposits to the funding payment method.
pak356 operates a Know Your Customer verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. You acknowledge and agree that pak356 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), Pakistan Origin Card (POC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months. Additional documents may be requested where deemed necessary by pak356's compliance team.
pak356 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld. You are encouraged to complete verification proactively upon registration to avoid delays when making your first withdrawal request.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period as determined by pak356, your Account may be suspended or permanently closed. Funds remaining in an Account closed due to failed verification will be handled in accordance with applicable AML obligations and may be subject to regulatory reporting requirements.
pak356 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, 1LINK, USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC), and Cash OTC at designated locations. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak356 Account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank. pak356 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. pak356 aims to approve withdrawal requests within four (4) hours, subject to verification status and any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard business hours may be queued for processing at the next available opportunity.
pak356 operates a withdrawal-to-source policy. Winnings derived from deposits made via a particular payment method will be returned to the same method up to the amount of the original deposit. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by pak356 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between this general agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are published in the pak356 Promotions section.
pak356 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; betting in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming engagement; exploiting arithmetic or software errors; and any coordinated activity among players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
Bonus Funds that are not activated within the promotional period, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stipulated time limit, will result in automatic forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and any associated winnings without compensation. All sports bets placed on the pak356 platform are subject to acceptance by pak356 at its sole discretion. pak356 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or impose restrictions on any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from pak356's betting system displaying a unique bet reference number.
For cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series, specific rules govern market settlement in the event of match interruptions, rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and abandoned matches. Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events at pak356. pak356 reserves the right to suspend, amend, or close in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant in-game events. Bets confirmed prior to market suspension will stand subject to the applicable settlement rules. pak356 is not responsible for delays or connectivity issues affecting a player's ability to place in-play bets.
Where odds or lines have been published due to human error, technical error, or obvious mistake (a "palpable error"), pak356 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have been settled. Bets placed in deliberate exploitation of known palpable errors may result in Account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak356 Platform. Engaging in any of the following, or attempting to do so, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content, software, graphics, brand assets, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and other materials comprising the pak356 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pak356 or its licensed third-party providers. No element of the pak356 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior express written consent of pak356. The pak356 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
pak356 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, server outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific features. pak356 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak356 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds through gaming activity, loss arising from unauthorised Account access, or loss arising from Platform unavailability. Gaming is entertainment — financial losses from wagering are the inherent risk assumed by the player.
pak356 integrates third-party payment processors, game providers, and data services. pak356 is not responsible for the failure, delay, or error of any third-party service affecting your experience on the Platform. Any disputes arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider in the first instance.

You may close your pak356 Account at any time by contacting our support team via the 24/7 live chat service. Prior to Account closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any applicable KYC verification must be completed. Bonus Funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Where an Account is closed at the player's request and all verification requirements have been met, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven (7) business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first-contact support level, you may escalate the matter in writing to the pak356 Disputes Team by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 17 of this Agreement. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the pak356 compliance team and a written response will be provided within five (5) business days.
The decision of the pak356 Disputes Team on any escalated complaint shall be final and binding on both parties, except where a player elects to pursue an independent dispute resolution process as may be available under applicable regulatory provisions. In all cases, game and bet outcomes determined by certified RNG software or official sports results shall be considered final and shall not be subject to reversal except in cases of confirmed software malfunction as described in Section 7.2.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the operational jurisdiction under which pak356 holds its gaming authorisation. The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted in the language of this document, being English.
Nothing in this clause shall limit pak356's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court where it deems such relief necessary to protect the integrity of its Platform, its intellectual property, or the interests of its player community.
pak356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a player — pak356 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered contact details on your Account, via a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.
Your continued use of the pak356 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
